Payment route guide
Closing an e-wallet does not automatically change the payment history held by a casino. The original wallet may still be the first payout route selected by anti-fraud rules, while the wallet provider may reject or return the transfer. Resolve the wallet status and ask for a documented alternative before creating a new request.
Open the current casino cashierA login problem, verification hold and fully closed account require different actions. Use the wallet provider's official support route to confirm whether the account can receive a merchant refund or payout. Save the case number and never pay an unofficial recovery agent to reopen it.
Save the casino deposit ID, wallet transaction ID, amount, currency and date. A screenshot without identifiers is weak evidence. If the wallet account used an old email, record it in masked form so support can locate the ledger without publishing personal details.
Explain that the original wallet cannot receive funds and ask which bank or verified payment route can be used. The operator may require fresh ownership checks. Do not add another person's wallet or make a token deposit simply to force a new withdrawal option.
If the casino already sent the payout, obtain its payment reference and final status. A wallet rejection can be followed by a return to the processor before the casino balance is restored. Keep the send, rejection, return and casino-credit timestamps as separate ledger events.
